Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms: the contact form, the Event Center rental request, the festival vendor application, and the business listing form. That can include your name, phone number, email address, address, the details of your event or booth, and any pictures you choose to send. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer you, to consider your rental or vendor request, to create the business listing you asked for, and to run Association events. Association staff who sign in to the site can see it. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores the data and may check forms for spam. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to its handling.
How long we keep it
We clear out old messages, requests and applications about every two years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by calling or emailing the address above.
Photos and listings
By sending us a logo, photo or description for a business listing, you give the Association permission to show it on this website. Please send only pictures you took or own, and please do not send photos that show neighbors or customers without their permission.
Events, dates and prices
We work hard to keep dates, hours and prices correct, but they can change. Please call before you travel. Sending a rental request or vendor application is a request only; nothing is reserved until the Association confirms it with you.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
